Since I had a weekday off, I visited a popular restaurant early. At 11:00, I was the only person waiting. By the time I got in, there were about 10 people in line, so my timing was good. Order the top of Ichiba-don (seafood bowl) For 1,980 yen, it's a good value for money, including salmon roe, sea urchin, fatty tuna, and shrimp scallops. The chef was alone in the kitchen, so I think it's best to wait patiently.

There was a futon outside where preparations were being made, but since it was already past business hours, I opened the door and said, ``Please come.'' I was the first one to visit. After much deliberation, I ordered the sashimi set meal (1,600 yen). I also ordered 5 pieces of fried tuna (650 yen), which is recommended by this restaurant. As expected from a restaurant in the market, the sashimi was fresh and the soup was very delicious.

I had a double bowl (daily change) of seafood bowl and green onions bowl. The miso soup bowl is about the size of a home-style udon soup bowl, so it may be hard to tell from the photo, but there's quite a bit of it in a regular portion. The ingredients are fresh, as you would expect from a sushi restaurant located inside a market. With this amount and quality, 1500 yen is a good deal. I'm glad you came.

delicious. I ordered a double seafood bowl. The shrimp was especially sweet and delicious on the day I ate it. I want you to suck and taste not only the body but also the head. Double bowls contain a large amount of rice, so unless you are a man in your prime, you should avoid them. There are hall staff and preparation staff, but the nigiri and seafood bowls are basically made by the father himself, so be prepared for a certain amount of time in line and waiting during busy times, given the restaurant's popularity.

Order special nigiri It seems like you can eat cheaply depending on the location, but it doesn't feel like a great deal. Also, the nigiri feels rough. I wonder if the top nigiri, which is one level below, is balanced in price and content.

I wanted to eat seafood bowl, so I ordered Ichiba Sushi's 1,980 yen Ichiba-don top, which is located in FOODS GARDEN on the second floor of the Sendai City Wholesale Market. ・・・ All of the ingredients are fresh, with a big botan shrimp in the middle, salt-cooked medium-sized bluefin tuna, scallops, sea urchin, salmon roe, crab, conger eel, thick omelet, salmon, lean tuna, and mackerel, making it a satisfying and cost-effective dish. Ta.
